In the event of a dispute for which you do not come to a negotiated agreement, we will then act as an ombudsman to resolve this dispute to the best of the interests of each party, taking into account every country's own regulations.

All merchants that show an offer on this site are affiliated with Klik & Pay.
This means that when you buy from one of these merchants, the payment will be processed by our secure payment processing gateway and will thus benefit from all the platform protections.
Once you make a purchase from one of them, you will receive an email confirmation from Klik & Pay, specifying the characteristics of your transaction. This email mentions the merchant’s details in order to directly contact him if necessary, but you may also access your personal Klik & Pay account - with login and password - which traces all transactions you made via Klik & Pay at our different merchants. On this account you can post a claim in case of a problem concerning one of your purchases. Klik & Pay, thus informed of the dispute, will contact the merchant so that a reply should be given as soon as possible.
Your Klik & Pay account contains no confidential data. When your payment is registered, no confidential information are known from either the merchant nor Klik & Pay, but only the banking partners are authorized to receive these data on specifically secure bank servers. No confidential data is therefore stored on our servers.
